Cancellation & Refund Policy for Authentically You Kinesiology Courses

As a small business, we appreciate the opportunity to re-book your spot if you need to cancel your spot in a course.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing.

This policy applies to all courses offered by Authentically You Kinesiology.

Refunds are issued based on the notice given before the course start date:

More than 21 days' notice: You will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

21 to 7 days' notice: A 50% refund of the full course fee will be provided, less the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 7 days' notice: No refund or transfer to future courses will be offered, regardless of the circumstance.

We make every effort to run courses as scheduled. However, Authentically You Kinesiology reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that Authentically You Kinesiology cancels a course, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to transfer the payment to a future course date.
